Noise Cancelling Earbuds

Designed as a high-end product. With the microphone encasing machined from a single block of aluminium and an outer shell coated in polyurethane, these earbuds are meant to be durable and look good at the same time.
Part two of the project was creating a concept to defeat the ever occurring issue of headphone cables breaking. The magnets provide a flexible 300-degree roll radius, and will snap off if they are under too much strain. This will also help protect the music listening device from breaking the headphone port. The reason why I didn't just make it wireless is that Bluetooth transmission at the time had a way to go before reaching hi-fi quality.
Three functioning prototypes. Left: only glued. Middle: modelled in epoxy clay. Right: Moulded from the epoxy model.
